1. Who we are and who these terms apply to
These terms are an agreement between you and Satorio AI, 4 Paul Gruninger St., Rishon LeZion, Israel, company no. 517339883 ("Satorio", "we", "us"). They apply every time you use the Satorio website or app.
If you use Satorio for a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you may do so. Satorio is made for business use. If you use it as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
2. What Satorio is
Satorio is an AI tool that creates interactive training courses. You describe a topic or share your own material; Satorio plans the course and builds it — text, images, video, narration, quizzes, flip cards and other interactive parts. You review and edit the result, then share it or export it for your learning system.
3. Your account and the account Owner
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox safe: it is how you sign in.
- Each company account has an Owner. Only the Owner manages billing: top-ups, saved cards and invoices.
- The Owner is responsible for purchases made on the account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Paying: a prepaid balance
- Starting is free. Creating an account and building your course's syllabus costs nothing and needs no balance. You pay only when you create content.
- Your account pays in advance. The Owner tops up $20 to $250 at a time, paying by card on a secure payment page. We may change these limits; the app always shows the current ones.
- All prices and top-ups are in US dollars. In Israel, the charge is converted into Israeli shekels (ILS).
- VAT of 18% is added on top of every top-up. You see the full amount before you pay, and your balance grows by exactly the amount you chose. For example, a $20.00 top-up costs $23.60.
- Your balance never expires. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- The balance is prepaid usage credit for Satorio's own services. It has no cash value, and you cannot transfer or sell it. The only way to get it back as money is a refund under our Refund Policy.
- What each action costs is shown in the app before you confirm it.
5. Who collects payments: Nakar Group
Payments for Satorio are collected by Nakar Group Learning Technologies (company no. 516736337), 4 Paul Gruninger St., Rishon LeZion, Israel, which provides payment services to Satorio. Nakar Group charges your card through its payment processor and issues the invoice for every payment and the credit invoice for every refund.
Questions about a payment or a refund go to our support team, at the contact details below.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You can ask for your remaining balance back at any time. How that works — newest payments first, back to the card you paid with, tax included — and your legal right to cancel as a consumer are explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Satorio to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- upload material you have no right to use;
- create content with a real person's face, body or voice without that person's explicit, informed consent;
- make deceptive deepfakes, impersonate anyone, or create sexual content of real people;
- create content that harasses, threatens, exploits children or spreads hate;
- try to reach other customers' data, break our security, or overload the service;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell Satorio, or share access to it without our written agreement.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond.
8. AI-generated content
- AI can make mistakes. Check every course before you use it, especially facts, figures, safety and legal content.
- Between you and us, the material you upload and the courses you create are yours. You are responsible for how you use them.
- Other customers may get similar results from similar requests.
- Being open about AI. Content made with Satorio is generated by AI. As the EU AI Act requires, we are adding machine-readable marks to AI-generated images, video and audio. Do not remove these marks. If you publish images, video or voice that could make people think a real person said or did something (a "deepfake"), you must clearly disclose that it is artificially generated.
- Real people. Before you use anyone's image or voice, you confirm you have their explicit consent for that use, and you keep a record of it.
- To build your course we send your content to AI service providers. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
9. Your content and our service
You give us the permission we need to host, process and display your content only to provide Satorio to you. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups for a limited time.
Satorio itself — the software, design, brand and our templates — belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it under these terms.
10. Taking your data with you
You can export your courses (for example as SCORM packages) and ask for a copy of your data at any time, including when you leave. If you want to move to another provider or to your own systems:
- you can ask to switch at any time, with no more than 2 months' notice;
- we complete the switch within 30 days of your request;
- you then have at least 30 days to retrieve your data, after which we delete it;
- exportable data includes your uploaded files, your courses and their media, and your account and billing records;
- we charge nothing for switching or exporting.
Our service runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). These terms follow the EU Data Act (Articles 25–29).
11. Reporting illegal content
If you believe content made or stored with Satorio is illegal, infringes your copyright, or uses your image or voice without consent, write to support@satorio.ai (subject: "Report"). Please include where the content is, why you think it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
We review every report promptly and with care. Our AI providers' safety filters may block some requests automatically; reports and account decisions are always reviewed by a person. When we remove or restrict content or an account, we tell the person affected what we decided and why, and they can ask us to review the decision by replying to our message. Intimate images shared without consent are removed within 48 hours of a valid request. We act against accounts that repeatedly break the law. Copyright notices under the US DMCA can be sent to the same address.
This address is also our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in English or Hebrew.
12. The service
We keep improving Satorio, so features can change. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we plan to stop the service, we will tell you in advance and refund any remaining balance.
13. Liability
Satorio is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability or right that the law does not allow us to limit — including your rights as a consumer.
If you use Satorio for a business and a third party makes a claim because of content you uploaded or published in breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
14. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Satorio at any time. Before you close your account, you can ask for a refund of your remaining balance. We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms or our Refund Policy, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Satorio and ask for your remaining balance back. If you keep using Satorio after that, the new version applies.
16. Law, courts and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
These terms are written in English and translated into other languages. If a translation differs, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
