1. Our commitment
Satorio believes that training should be open to everyone, and so should the tools that make it. We design the satorio.ai website and the Satorio app to be usable by people with disabilities, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification or voice control.
2. The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, which includes the requirements of the Israeli standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA) under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and of the European standard EN 301 549.
3. Where we are today
The website is partially conformant: parts of it do not yet fully meet the standard. We have not yet completed a full external accessibility audit.
What we have done:
- the site works in nine languages, including right-to-left Hebrew;
- pages adapt to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200%;
- pages use headings, landmarks and labels that assistive technology can read;
- forms have visible labels.
4. Known limitations
We know about these issues and are working on them:
- some text in the footer and on dark backgrounds does not yet have enough colour contrast;
- some animations do not yet respect the "reduce motion" setting;
- some images and icons still need better text alternatives;
- videos and AI-generated course content in the app may not yet have captions or transcripts in every case;
- content made by our customers with Satorio is their responsibility; we give them tools to make it accessible.
5. Accessibility coordinator and feedback
If you find something hard to use, or need information in another format, contact our accessibility coordinator:
- Email: info@satorio.ai (subject: "Accessibility")
- Phone: +972-52-966-3062
Please tell us the page, what you tried to do and the device or assistive technology you use. We reply within 5 business days.
