How paying works
Pay on a secure page
Only your company's Owner manages billing. Each top-up is paid by card on a secure payment page and collected by Nakar Group, which provides our payment services.

VAT on top, shown first
18% VAT is added on top and shown before you pay. Your balance grows by exactly what you chose.
It never expires
Use your balance whenever you want, or ask for the rest back at any time.

What things cost
What a course, an image, or a minute of video or narration takes from your balance is not published yet. We will list it here before your balance is used to pay for them. In the app, you always see the estimated cost before you confirm.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?
You can start free: creating an account and building your course's syllabus costs nothing and needs no balance. There is no plan and no subscription: you pay only when you create content, from your prepaid balance.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no monthly or annual fee and nothing renews automatically. You top up when you want to.
What is the smallest top-up?
$20. The largest single top-up is $250.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance never expires.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. You can ask for your remaining balance back at any time. It goes back to the card you paid with, VAT included. See the Refund Policy.
Who collects the payment?
Nakar Group Learning Technologies (company no. 516736337), which provides payment services to Satorio, collects the payment and issues your invoice. See our Terms of Service.
